FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: according to the computed tomography, soft tissue defect/deficit/deformation form is evaluated, the required parameters are measured, and then mathematical formulas are used to calculate the volume of soft tissue defect/deficit/deformation. Based on these data and using mathematical calculation, the required amount of adipose tissue sampling and of autofatty transplant introduction is determined with or without enrichment of the latter with thrombocyte growth factors.

EFFECT: method allows to eliminate side effects such as hypercorrection and inadequate correction, significantly reduce injury to tissues in donor areas, in order to achieve greater predictability of results of adipose tissue autotransplantation, uniform distribution of the latter in the tissues of the recipient areas, absence of irregularities and seals in the introduction areas in early and late postoperative periods.
