SUBSTANCE: invention refers to derivatives if cyclic amine of formula (I), where A is a group, represented by the general formula (IIa), (IIb) or (IIc), where A is a group, provided by the general formula (IIa) or (IIb), R¹ represents an alkyl group containing 1 or 2 carbon atoms and optionally substituted by a hydroxyl group, amine group or carboxyl group, R² represents a hydrogen atom, R³ is a hydrigen atom or alkyl group containing 1 or 2 carbon atoms, R⁴ is a hydrogen atom or an alkylcarbonyl group, containing 2 carbon atoms, or an alkyl group, containing 1 or 2 carbon atoms and optionally substituted by alkylcarbonylamine group, containing 2 carbon atoms, and n is 1 or 2, in which, when R³ and R⁴, each independently represent an alkyl group, containing 1 or 2 carbon atoms, R¹ represents an alkyl group containing 1 or 2 carbon atoms and substituted by a hydroxyl group, amine group or carboxyl group; and when A is a group, represented by the general formula (IIc), R¹ represents an alkyl group, containing 1 carbon atom and substituted by a carboxyl group, R² represents a hydrogen atom and X represents CH₂, O or -NR⁵ and R⁵ is an alkyl group, containing 1 carbon atom. Also, the invention relates to a prodrug of the compound of formula (I), pharmaceutical, analgetic agent and therapeutic agent based on compounds of formula (I), or its prodrug.
