SUBSTANCE: mobile station and method therein, comprising of: generating energy saving information associated with said mobile station that indicates the energy state of said mobile station; transmitting energy saving information to at least one first network node; and receiving an energy saving instruction from at least one said first network node based on energy saving information. Also, the first network node and the method therein are disclosed.
