FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: injector with counter-directed conical swirlers has a cylindrical hollow body with a channel for liquid supply in which a sprayer is fixed consisting of three throttling elements. The sprayer is made in the form of oppositely located vertexes and axially symmetrical hollow conical swirlers: upper and lower ones. A conical shell of the lower swirler is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed by one end on conical shell of the lower swirler in its upper part, and by its other end - in the circular groove of the injector channel made on its inner surface. Vertex of the conical surface of the conical shell of the upper swirler is fixed on a round perforated plate installed in the circular groove of the injector channel and resting on top of the lower swirler fixed in the injector channel by means of spokes. Through helical cuts are made on outer surfaces of the hollow conical swirlers. The throttling effect of the sprayer is determined as a whole by the total throughput capacity of the constituent elements thereof. In order to achieve finely dispersed spraying, the total throughput capacity of the upper swirler and the perforated plate is made higher than the throughput capacity of the lower swirler.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of spraying, simplify design and reduce material usage.
