SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for spraying liquids and solutions. Pneumatic nozzle with counter directional conical swirlers contains a cylindrical hollow body with a channel for supplying liquid, in which atomizer consisting of three restricting elements is fixed, atomizer is made in the form of oppositely arranged vertices and axisymmetric hollow conical swirls: upper and lower, wherein the lower swirler conical shell is fixed by means of at least three spokes, by one end fixed to the lower swirler conical shell in its upper part, and the other end in the annular groove made on the inner surface, and the vertex of conical surface of conical shell of the upper swirl is fixed in a circular perforated plate installed in the annular groove of the nozzle channel and supported by the vertex of the lower swirler fixed in the nozzle channel by means of spokes, while on the external surfaces of the hollow conical swirlers through screw threads are made, and the throttling effect of atomizer is generally determined by the total capacity of its constituent elements, in order to obtain a finely dispersed spray, the total throughput of the upper swirler and the perforated plate is greater than that of the lower swirler.
EFFECT: increase spray efficiency, simplify the design and reduce the material consumption.
