FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: sprayer contains a hollow cylindrical body with a vortex baffle, a hollow cylindrical hull, top of which is made for connection to external thread connection distribution pipeline for supply of fluid. In the lower part of the body, an external thread is made for connection to the vortex flow divider. In the body there is an inner cylindrical chamber which serves to supply liquid, and in the cylindrical chamber, coaxial to it, a swirler is installed with a clearance relative to the inner side surface of the chamber. The vortex flow dissector is fixed to the body by means of a ring having an internal thread and made in the form of a ring to which are attached two diametrically arranged vertical plates joined in the lower part by a horizontally disposed rod in the middle of which there is a second swirler made in the form of a disk with helical blades encompassing with a clearance rod in its middle part, and having at the edges of the stops in the form of disks, located perpendicular to the rod. In the cylindrical chamber, coaxial with it, a hollow conical swirler is installed with a clearance with respect to the inner lateral surface of the chamber, made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through-cut, while the apex of the conical surface of the hollow conical swirler is fixed on the end surface of the rod.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of finely dispersed liquid spraying.
