FIELD: devices for liquid atomization.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for liquid atomization and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. Atomizer comprises a hollow cylindrical case with vortex flow splitter. In the upper part of the case, an outer thread is made for connection to a fitting of a distribution pipeline for liquid supply. In the lower part of the case an outer thread is made for connection to vortex flow splitter. Case has an inner cylindrical chamber for liquid supply. In the cylindrical chamber, a swirler is coaxially arranged with a gap with respect to an inner lateral surface of the chamber. Vortex flow splitter is fixed to the case by means of a casing having an internal thread and made in the form of a ring. Two diametrically located vertical plates are attached to the ring, connected in the lower part by a horizontally arranged rod. In the middle of the rod there is a second swirler made in the form of a disk with helical blades, embracing the rod in its middle part with a clearance and having stops at the edges in the form of disks arranged perpendicular to the rod. In the cylindrical chamber, a hollow conical swirler is coaxially installed with a gap with respect to the inner lateral surface of the chamber, made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through thread. Top of the conical surface of the hollow conical swirl is fixed on the end surface of a rod.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid atomization.
