SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of the formula (I), wherein n is 1 or 2; each X is independently N or CR¹; each Z is independently N or C; each Y is independently N or CR³; provided that contains 2 or 4 nitrogen atoms in the ring; R¹ is hydrogen or C₁-C₆ alkyl; each R³ is independently (i) hydrogen, halogen, C₁-C₆ alkyl; or (ii) two adjacent R³ together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached form a 5-10 membered heteroaryl ring containing one N atom; B is , , or ; (i) R⁴ and R⁵ together with the atoms to which they are attached, form a monocyclic 6-10 membered aryl ring, a monocyclic 5-10 membered heteroaryl ring containing one N atom substituted by C₁-C₆ alkyl, C₃-C₇ cycloalkyl, halogen, halogen C₁-C₆ alkoxy C₁-C₆ alkyl; or a bicyclic 5-10 membered heteroaryl ring containing one N atom substituted by halogen or a bicyclic 5-10 membered heteroaryl ring containing 3 heteroatoms selected from N and O; or (ii) R⁴ and R⁵ each independently represents hydrogen; AT¹ is NR⁸; AT² is a CR⁹; R⁸ is C₁-C₆ alkyl; and R⁹ is hydrogen, halogen, C₁-C₆ alkyl.
