Essence of invention consists in assigning a value of 0 or 1 to each element of the matrix according to a probability law, given individually for each element, invention is characterized in that the probability of assigning a value is assumed to be such that, while joining the centers of the radiating and receiving elements of the AA by geometrical rays in accordance with the chosen control method and taking into account the known laws of transmission and reflection, passing through the surfaces of the monitor object and, possibly, reflecting from the control surfaces and passing through a possible defect or reflecting from a possible defect in the point of defect possible position, it provides a predetermined distribution of geometric rays along the corridors between the rays from the radiating elements to the receiving elements of the AA with identical numbers.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced amount of data taken during the control without significant loss of quality of the resulting image as compared to the full set of data.
