FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to devices for rope movement and can be used, in particular, for moving the device for diagnosing the state of overhead power lines (OL) over a power wire or lightning protection cable. According to a first variant of the invention, the device for rope movement is a roller, comprising cheek and groove for the rope along a circumference, according to the invention, the roller is made of a magnetically conductive material, and magnetic ring is installed inside the roller. According to a second embodiment of the invention, the device for rope movement is a roller comprising a base, mounted therein brackets with axes, which are rotatably mounted to the rolling elements forming the roller flanges, while the rolling element axes are perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the roller. According to a third embodiment of the invention, the rope handling device is a roller comprising a base, mounted therein brackets with axles, which are rotatably mounted to the rolling elements forming the roller flanges, the axes of the rolling bodies being perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the roller, roller is made of a magnetically conductive material, and a magnetic ring is mounted inside the roller.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in stability of rollers on the rope due to prevention of their twisting from the vertical, including winding of the rope.
