FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises the body including the base with the cover. Basis of the adhesive bond is fixed to the resilient damping plate, by means of which the vibration isolator is mounted on the foundation. Pack of disk elastic elements, the inner surface of which interacts with the bushing, is located in the body. One end of the sleeve is rigidly fixed to the base, and the other is engaged with the inner surface of the cover. End part of the cover interacts with dish-shaped elastic elements. In cavity formed by cover and sleeve, there is additional flexible element made in form of spring with built-in damper. Spring is a screw cylindrical one and consists of two parts with on-coming ends. First spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges and second part is made hollow. On-coming end of first part is located in cavity of second part. Clearances of the segment profile of the contacting parts of the spring are filled with antifriction lubricant containing mineral oil and the lubricating additive. Sealing gasket is mounted at end of second spring part to prevent grease leakage. First part of the helical spring is covered by the tube made of polyurethane.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation.
