FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibro-isolator comprises a housing including a base with a cover and a stack of serially connected disk elastic elements disposed therein, the inner surface of which interacts with the sleeve. One end of the bushing is rigidly fixed in the base, and the other - interacts with the inner surface of the lid. The end part of the cover interacts with the disc-shaped elastic elements. In the cavity formed by the lid and the sleeve, an additional elastic element is provided, which is in the form of a spring with an integrated damper. The spring is a screw cylindrical one and consists of two parts with on-coming ends. The first spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section with rounded edges and the second part is hollow. The on-coming end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The gaps of segment profile of contacting spring parts are filled by antifriction grease. A sealing gasket is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent grease leakage. The first part of the screw spring is embraced by a tube from damping material, for example, polyurethane. As an antifriction lubricant, a lubricant is used for friction units containing mineral oil and a lubricating additive.
EFFECT: increase the efficiency of vibration isolation.
