FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains a housing in the form of two vertical posts of elastic material and a spring with an integrated damper. The posts are rigidly fixed on the base of the vibration isolator. The holes for the posts are made in the lid with the formation of gaps between the posts and the lid. The lid is connected to a vibration-isolating object by means of an S-shaped lever. A bevel is made on the lid, and bend site of the upper shelf of the S-shaped lever rests upon the bevel. The lower shelf is fixed by a stud at the base of the vibration isolator, the spring is made of screw cylindrical form and consists of two parts with facing ends. The first spring part has the rectangular section turns with rounded edges, and the second part is made hollow. The facing end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The contacting spring parts segmental profile gaps are filled with antifriction lubricant. The packing seal is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent the lubricant leakage. The first part of the screw spring is enclosed by the tube from the damping material, for example, polyurethane. As an antifriction lubricant, a lubricant for friction units is used, containing mineral oil and a lubricating additive.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
