FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolator includes housing, parallel resilient members and pressure washer. Resilient members are made in form of a spring with built-in damper connected with upper and lower pressure washers. Bushing from volumetric mesh interweaving is arranged inside spring between pressure washers. Spring is made helical cylindrical and consists of two parts with on-coming ends. First spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges and second part is made hollow. First part on-coming end is located in the second part cavity. Spring contacting parts segment profile gaps are filled with antifriction grease. Sealing gasket is mounted at the spring second part end to prevent grease leakage. Helical spring first part is covered by the tube of damping material, for example, polyurethane. As the spring contacting parts antifriction lubricant, the friction units lubricant is used, containing mineral oil and lubricating additive. Pressure washer is made with the helical thread, which includes the spring element turns. By the screws the lower flat washer is connected to the pressure washer and mounted on the additional vibration damping base. Base is made in the form of parallel to each other upper and lower plates, connected by the three elastic elements.

EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
