SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains the housing, parallel installed the elastic elements and the pressure washers. The elastic elements are made in the form of the spring with the integrated damper, connected to the upper and lower pressure washers. The bush of the bulk net structure is located inside the spring between the pressure washers. The spring is made of screw cylindrical form and consists of two parts with facing ends. The first spring part has the rectangular section turns with rounded edges, and the second part is made hollow. The facing end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The contacting spring parts segmental profile gaps are filled with antifriction lubricant. The packing seal is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent the lubricant leakage. The first part of the screw spring is enclosed by the tube from the damping material, for example, polyurethane. The lubricant for friction units, containing the mineral oil and the lubricating additive, is used as the spring contacting parts antifriction lubricant.

EFFECT: increase of the vibration isolation efficiency.
