FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: tribomechatronic stand containing a lubrication system with filters, a housing with a cover mounted on it, installed on a frame and having threaded holes for fastening elements of the lubrication system, a shaft connected to an electric motor, bearings, a control unit, signal collection and processing, the inputs of which are connected to sensors movement, pressure sensors, outlets - with servo valves, characterized in that it contains a pressure hydraulic line of constant pressure, a drain hydraulic line of variable pressure, an air line with constant pressure, a threaded hole in the bearing assembly for installing the mechanism for fixing the active plain bearing, on the body of which a groove is made for its fixation in the bearing assembly using the rod of the fixation mechanism.
EFFECT: simplification of the installation design is achieved by replacing the sources of supply of lubricant and air, as well as an increase in the accuracy of the results obtained due to the introduction of the fixation mechanism of the studied active plain bearing into the design.
