FIELD: educational laboratory equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of educational laboratory equipment and can be used in the educational process when conducting laboratory works and practical training in general engineering disciplines in higher and secondary special educational institutions. In an apparatus for analyzing rotary systems with a multi-zone lubricant supply comprising a housing mounted on a bed and having threaded holes for attachment of elements of the lubrication system, made in form of fittings, shaft coupled through a coupling with an electric motor fixed on the base by means of a bracket, a cover is mounted on the housing, in which a screw is mounted, which fixes the force sensor, bearing assemblies having housings on which covers are attached by screws, in which threaded holes are made, for installation on the first bearing assembly of the rotation frequency sensor, and on the second one – displacement sensors, temperature sensors and pressure sensor, and the plant has a module with multi-zone lubricant supply, installed on the second bearing assembly, comprising a head, gasket and cover, in which threaded holes are made for attachment of connecting elements connected by hydraulic hoses to lubrication system, plant has two lubricant supply circuits, which include servo valves, filters, heating elements, flow sensors, hydraulic hoses, on the first bearing assembly there is a rolling bearing, a control unit, signal collection and processing unit, which inputs are connected to rotation speed sensor, temperature sensors, movement sensors, pressure sensor, force sensor, with flow sensors, and outputs – with servo-valves, electric motor and heating elements, according to the invention, the module with multi-zone lubricant supply is made in the form of a unit connected to the gap between the shaft and the sliding bearing by means of twenty channels made in the unit, which is connected to two circuits of lubricating system by means of two units of electromagnetic valves, outlets of which are connected by hydraulic hoses to unit of lubricant multi-zone supply, and inputs with lubrication system, wherein units of electromagnetic valves are connected to control unit, signal collection and processing.
EFFECT: wider field of study of rotor systems by using an additional unit with multi-zone supply of lubricant with active control of lubricant supply characteristics and possibility of changing lubricant supply circuit to bearing assembly for continuous performance of a full set of experiments.
