FIELD: laboratory equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of educational laboratory equipment and can be used in the educational process when conducting laboratory works and practical training in general engineering disciplines in higher and secondary special educational institutions. Proposed plant comprises casing arranged on bed and provided with threaded holes for attachment of lubrication system elements made up of fittings, shaft communicated via clutch with motor secured at the bed by means of bracket. On housing there is a cover, in which there is a screw, fixing force sensor, bearing assemblies, having housings, on which the covers are fixed by screws, in which there are threaded holes, with installed in them displacement sensors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors. One bearing assembly additionally has a rotation frequency sensor, seals installed in the cover. Plant also has a module with multi-zone lubricant supply, which is installed on one bearing unit, containing a diffuser, a gasket and a cover, in which threaded holes are made for attachment of connecting elements connected by hydraulic hoses to the lubricating system. Besides, the plant has two lubricant supply circuits, including servo-valves, filters, heating elements, flow meters, hydropneumatic accumulators with valves and hydraulic hoses, on the other bearing assembly rolling bearing is installed, control unit is additionally introduced, collection and processing of signals, which inputs are connected to a rotation frequency sensor, temperature sensors, displacement sensors, a pressure sensor, a force sensor, flow meters, and the outputs are connected to servo-valves, an electric motor, pumps and heating elements.

EFFECT: technical result is wider field of study of rotor systems.
