FIELD: educational laboratory equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of educational laboratory equipment, it can be used in the educational process when conducting laboratory work and practical classes in general engineering disciplines in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions. The device contains a case mounted on a frame, bearing units with displacement sensors, fixed in the case on a shaft connected to an electric engine, a load device mounted in the case, mounted on the shaft and containing a force sensor, a lubrication system including hydraulic elements installed in the threaded holes of the case and made in the form of fittings, a tank with lubricant connected to them, connected by hydraulic hoses to a flow sensor, a safety valve and a tee connected to it. The electric engine is fixed to the frame by means of a bracket. A cover is mounted on the case, in which a bolt fixing the force sensor is installed. Internal bushings are installed in the bearings, mounted on the shaft. The bearing units have cases on which the covers and slats with sensors fixed on them are fixed. According to the invention, the first bearing unit contains a sliding bearing, the second bearing unit contains a conical sliding bearing with a gap between it and the shaft connected to the electric engine through an elastic damping unit. The first bearing unit is additionally equipped with a speed rotation sensor, and the second bearing unit is equipped with a pressure sensor. Temperature and lubricant level sensors are located in the installation case, and the electric engine and all sensors are connected to the control, collection and signal processing unit. The elastic damping unit is made of two half-couplings, two damping elements mated to them, two cups placed inside the half-couplings with an elastic element enclosed between them and one half-coupling is fixed to the engine shaft, and the second one is fixed to the installation shaft. In the lubrication system, heating elements are located inside the lubricant tank, the tank is connected by hydraulic hoses with a filter, pumping station and servo valve connected in series, the drain line is equipped with a collector and filter, and the pumping station, heating elements and servo valve are connected to the control, collection and signal processing unit.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the field of research of rotary systems by actively controlling the characteristics of the conical bearing unit.
