FIELD: educational laboratory equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of educational laboratory equipment and can be used in the educational process when conducting laboratory works and practical training in general engineering disciplines in higher and secondary special educational institutions. In an apparatus for examining rotor systems using aerated, micropolar and hybrid lubricants, comprising a housing mounted on the base and having threaded holes for attachment of elements of the lubrication system, made in form of fittings, shaft coupled through a coupling with an electric motor fixed on the bed by means of a bracket, a cover is mounted on the housing, in which a screw is installed, which fixes the force sensor, the first bearing unit, on which the rotation frequency sensor is installed, the second bearing unit, on which displacement sensors are installed, temperature sensor, pressure sensor and module with multi-zone supply of lubricant, containing holes for attachment of elements connected by hydraulic hoses to lubrication system, two lubricant feed circuits, including servo valves, filters, heating elements, flow rate sensors, hydraulic hoses, control unit, signal collection and processing unit, which inputs are connected to rotation speed sensor, temperature sensors, displacement sensors, pressure sensor, force sensor, flow sensors, and the outlets - with servo valves, electric motor, and heating elements, according to the invention the plant is equipped with pump stations, injectors with batchers and containers containing air, liquids and additives installed in two circuits of the lubricating system, batchers are connected by direct and feedback to the control unit, signal collection and processing, and at the tanks input with lubricant there is a filter system installed.
EFFECT: wider field of investigation of rotor systems due to application of active control of batching and characteristics of supply of aerated, micropolar and hybrid lubricant materials to bearing assembly with possibility of changing concentration and physical and chemical properties of lubricating material in bearing assembly.
