FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of mineral wool, products from basalt casting, slag glass-ceramics, the production of glass and articles thereof, to other manufactures of building materials, namely to filter (granular) stones. Filter with a movable bed of bulk material for cleaning hot smoke furnace gases from dust, which is a vertically oriented monoblock, has a hopper for loading bulk material, gas collectors, successively placed after said hopper for loading, a filtering heat exchange layer, a hopper of hot rubble and a gate-metering device. As a bulk material, crushed stone is used, the said hopper for loading is made with a multi-boned bottom equipped with telescopic nozzles, gas manifolds are evenly placed in the filtering heat exchange layer, and the total area of the outlets of the gas collectors in the section of the outlet of the flue gases is 0.4–0.6 of the cross-sectional area of the filtering heat exchange layer.

EFFECT: technical result is the reduction of the overall dimensions of the filter, the uniform distribution of flue gases along the filter section, the regulation of the hydraulic resistance, the possibility of supplying high-temperature flue gases with a maximum temperature, which excludes the formation of cakes of heated crushed stone.
