FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electron-beam storage comprises a vacuum flask and an electron gun, a screen and a getter located therein. The device storage additionally comprises a collector located between the screen and the electron gun, an electric field generator located between the collector and the screen. The screen is made in the form of a transparent film of oxidized stannum on a uviol glass covered with a semi-transparent emission-active oxide layer of barium.
