FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sugar industry. Method for producing a sugar-containing product is provided, which comprises feeding the seed pellets into a granulation device. As seed pellets, fructooligosaccharide granules are used in a mixture with β-cyclodextrin in equal amounts, the granules β-cyclodextrin are pre-saturated with coffee extract, and for their subsequent growth use sugar syrup mixed in equal amounts with a natural sweetener – stevioside. Granules are then dried to a moisture content of 0.3–0.4 %.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the quality of the finished product, as well as its physiological and nutritional value.
