SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the analyzing of synthesized civil products. Claimed method for determining the mass fractions of butyl polyglucoside and the butyl alcohol impurity from one sample using liquid chromatography while the synthesis of butyl polyglucoside. Dissolve the sample of butyl polyglucoside is the water, separate butyl polyglucoside and butyl alcohol on a ZORBAX Eclipse SB-C18 chromatography column of liquid chromatograph "Agilent series 1200" and detect using diode-matrix and refractometric detectors. Peak of the basic substance of butyl polyglucoside is detected on a diode-matrix detector; α and β - modifications of butyl polyglucoside and impurity peak of butyl alcohol are detected individually on a refractometric detector. Calculate the mass fraction of each component of the analyzed sample using the program of the instrument by the normalization method, which generates a report with the area of the peak expressed in percent. If the device does not have a data processing function, then process the chromatograms manually, calculate the mass fractions of butyl polyglucoside and butyl alcohol by the formula where Si – area of the component; ΣSi – areas of all peaks in the chromatogram.
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of developing a method for determining the content of the basic substance in butyl polyglucoside and the impurity of butyl alcohol.
