Dividing lines include a dividing line at the change point, which goes for the predetermined distance and include the course change point, in which the vehicle in question (V1) begins to change course. Course change point is located in front of the vehicle in question (V1) in the direction of travel. When two specified relative to the dividing line at the change point control areas contain one of two at the vehicle in question (V1) course change side and the other of two, ratio (WR/WT) of the other width WR to the width WT of one is set above the control areas widths ratio (WR/WT) set relative to the dividing line, other than the dividing line at the change point.
