SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image production means, in particular to obtain the fingerprints image. Group of inventions includes terminal device, liquid crystal terminal device and image production method. Image production device (8) includes light guide panel (1) and image scanner (16) spatially remote from the light guide panel (1); light source (2) located on the light guide panel (1) one side. Image production device (8) is integrated with the terminal device (7). Liquid crystal terminal device includes a liquid crystal panel (11), backlight element (12) and image production device (8), the image production device (8) image scanner (16). Image production method includes the following stages: emitted by the light source (2) light passing and distribution inside the light guide panel (1) due to total internal reflection (TIR), object image production on the light guide panel (1) other side using the image scanner (16). Ultrathin image production device (8), terminal device (7) and the liquid crystal terminal device are based on the waveguide principle, and due to several small holes, the image constructing principle significantly reduces the module in the device size and thickness, and also greatly simplifies the use of mobile devices and embedded devices, which require the image production function.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the image processing means sensitivity.
