FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coal gasification technology and can be used to produce synthesis gas. Method for producing synthesis gas is as follows. On the coal impregnation method, catalytically active metal-iron is applied. Carbon dioxide conversion is carried out in a flow reactor at 450–700 °C. Addition of hydrogen to carbon dioxide increases the conversion of CO2 and coal into carbon monoxide (CO) and leads to a significant reduction in the temperature of the synthesis gas production process.
EFFECT: technical result is the provision of both coal gasification and greenhouse gas (CO2) utilization, to obtain synthesis gas.
