FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used in interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery to prevent embolic complications when performing surgical procedures on the heart. Aortic filter valve contains external catheter 1, internal catheter 2 entering into it with central opening 3. Inner catheter 2 is provided with branch pipe 4 made of an elastic alloy. Side surface 5 of branch pipe 4 between end annular bases 6 and 7 is made in the form of longitudinal ribs 8 and 9, having radial bend 10 in the middle portion thereof, wherein bend points 10 are connected in series with each other by curved bridges 11, and to proximal portion of ribs 8, petals 12 are hemmed made of the elastic fabric, which form the valve flaps, and a net of elastic fabric, forming filter 13, is hemmed to the distal part of ribs 9 and curved bridges 11. Branch pipe 4 is fixed to the outer surface of inner catheter 2 by distal annular base 7. Outer catheter 1 is movable relative to the inner catheter 2, releasing or retracting nipple 4 of inner catheter 2.
EFFECT: invention enhances the safety of interventional interventions on heart valves, providing not only the filtration of the direct flow of blood from the embolizing particles, but also their retention and removal from the body, thereby reducing the risk of neurologic disorders or ischemic complications.
