FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely the construction of industrial or residential complexes on permafrost. In the method, the technical result is achieved by the fact that the site for a industrial or residential complex to be constructed on permafrost contains a filling planning layer of soil, located on the natural surface of the soil within the complex, wherein the filling planning layer of the soil contains a cooling layer, located directly on the natural surface of the soil, and a protective layer located on the cooling layer, wherein the cooling layer comprises a cooling system in the form of hollow horizontal pipes, arranged parallel to the upper surface of the platform, and vertical hollow tubes, the bottom of which abuts against the horizontal pipes and the cavity of which is connected to the cavity of horizontal pipes, wherein their upper end has a plug, the vertical pipe crosses the protective layer and borders with the outside air, and the protective layer contains a layer of heat-insulating material, located directly on the cooling layer and protected from above by a layer of soil.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure a stable low temperature of permafrost in the soils of the foundations of industrial or residential complexes using a filling planning layer of soil.
