FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to identify in DNA samples isolated from pure cultures, clinical samples, food samples and eluates obtained as a result of concentration from water, genetic determinants of five factors of pathogenicity of E. coli bacteria by PCR using a set of marker determinants of 25 seed pairs. Advantage of the claimed invention is the detection of markers of pathogenicity, which allows improving the technique of PCR analysis for the diagnosis of microorganisms with a pronounced pathogenic potential, which determines the occurrence of the infectious disease and its severity, as well as by the factors of persistence, which cause the probability of chronicization of the process and the formation of bacterial transport.
EFFECT: invention can be used in epidemiological services to monitor the epidemiological situation.
