FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a mouse for the production of human immunoglobulin variable region sequences comprising one or more human Vλ gene segments and one or more Jλ gene segments, one or more human VH gene segments, one or more DH human gene segments and one or more human JH gene segments and an ectopic nucleic acid sequence that encodes the ADAM6 protein or functional fragment thereof, as well as the cell of said mouse. Also disclosed is the use of said cell for producing an antigen-binding protein, for producing a hybridoma, for producing a quadroma, for producing a fully human antibody and variable domains of an antibody, and the use of said mouse to produce an antigen-binding protein. Invention also relates to a method for producing an antibody that binds to an antigen of interest using said mouse.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently obtain the human immunoglobulin variable region sequences.
