SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a method involving genetic construction of a mouse embryonic stem cell with the inclusion of one or more gene segments Vλ and gene segments Jλ human in direction 3'-5' from gene Cκ mice functionally related to it, wherein one or more gene segments Vλ human and one or more gene segments Jλ human endogenous gene segments Vλ mice and endogenous gene segments Jλ, introduction of a genetically engineered stem cell into a mouse embryo and obtaining a mouse from the embryo.
EFFECT: invention is effective for producing a mouse which is capable of expressing an immunoglobulin light chain, which contains a lambda (λ) variable domain of a human being functionally linked to a constant kappa (κ) domain of mouse.
