SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing an antibody which binds to an antigen of interest. Method comprises producing a mammalian cell engineered for antibody expression, which is specific for the antigen of interest, insertion of one or more human gene segments VL and one or more human gene segments JL and insertion of one or more human VL gene segments and one or more human JL gene segments and an ectopic nucleotide sequence which codes an ADAM6 protein or a functional fragment thereof.
EFFECT: invention is effective for producing antibodies applicable for producing therapeutic agents for humans.
