FIELD: fodders.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production. Disclosed is a method of producing a protein-carbohydrate product for cattle, involving preparation of a homogeneously homogenized composition based on a nitrogen-containing component and a binder-molasses-carbohydrate component, followed by moulding and drying, wherein the nitrogen-containing component is represented by soya fat juice taken in weight ratio of molasses grains: 1:1, the obtained composition is moulded into granules with diameter of 2–3 mm, content of dry substances in which during drying is reduced to 90 % with provision of caramelization of molasses.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at enhancement of nutritive value of the ready product with simultaneous increase of granules strength and exclusion of their toxicity.
