FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the agriculture. Method for obtaining a semi-dry food product is that a) at least the following ingredients are loaded into the cutter to produce the forage intermediate having a temperature of less than or equal to 25 °C: at least one component of the meat group, b) ingredients are cut to produce a feed semi-finished product with a moisture content of 30–60 % by weight, c) cut-off fodder semi-finished product is formed without the use of heating to produce a semi-dry fodder product, d) if necessary, the molded food product is dried to a moisture content of 15 to 50 % by weight, in particular 20 to 40 % by weight.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to develop suitable fodder from viewpoint of physiology of nutrition, in particular for use as a treat, which is well accepted by predatory animals.
