FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. In a gas scrubber containing a housing consisting of upper and lower sections, a nozzle for introducing a dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of purified gas, a spray catcher with a centrifugal swirler and a branch pipe for draining liquid from the spray catcher, an irrigation device, plates with a stabilizer, a nozzle for periodically swirling the swirler and a slurry tank, wherein at least one plate is further provided with a vibrator and the vibrator is formed in the shape of a peripheral portion of the plates and is fixed directly to the plates, or the vibrator is made in the shape of the central part of the plates and fixed directly on the plates, and the vibrator is fixed directly to the housing in the place where the plates are located, and is toroidal, the stabilizer cells are square, and the ratio of the height of the stabilizer hc to the cell width hc is in the optimal range of values: hc/bc=1.5…1.8, the irrigation device is made in the form of an injector comprising a body, a fitting and a swirling insert coaxially arranged therewith, in the connection there is an expanding channel for supplying liquid to the cylindrical opening, which is axially symmetric to the body and smoothly passes into a shaped aperture coaxial with it and made in the form of a diffuser, and in the cylindrical bore of the body, axially symmetric to it, a cylindrical vortex insert is installed having external peripheral helical threaded channels, wherein along the axis of the vortex insertion, a central axial aperture with a screw thread on the inner surface opposite to the channel cutting direction is formed, wherein the vortex insert is installed in the housing through the elastic gaskets and is pressed by the fitting by means of a threaded connection of the body-fitting, wherein the external screw-like threaded channels and screw threading on the inner surface of the axial opening of the vortex insertion are made with a variable pitch, the swirl insert is made of wear-resistant material, wherein at the top of the nozzle, a perforated disk is mounted in which a hollow helical conical swirler is mounted in an expanding channel for supplying liquid to the cylindrical hole made axially symmetrically to the nozzle body, and on the surface of the hollow screw conical swirler a screw through cutting is made.
