FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device includes two ultrasonic shadow control transducers, an ultrasonic flaw detector of the shadow control, a threshold device of the ultrasonic flaw detector of the shadow control, a positioning sensor, an electronic unit of the positioning sensor, a recording device, an acoustic flaw detector transducer for realising free oscillation method, an acoustic flaw detector for realising the free oscillation method, a threshold device of an acoustic defectoscope for realising the free oscillation method, an electronic key, a delay unit. Two ultrasonic shadow control transducers are made with the possibility of installation for acoustic coupling with the controlled product. Outputs of two ultrasonic shadow control transducers are connected to the corresponding inputs of the ultrasonic flaw detector of the shadow control. Output of the ultrasonic flaw detector of the shadow control is connected to the input of the threshold device of the ultrasonic flaw detector of the shadow control. Output of the threshold device of the ultrasonic flaw detector of the shadow control is connected to the first input of the recording device. Output of the positioning sensor is connected to the second input of the recording device via the electronic unit of the positioning sensor. The second output of the threshold device of the ultrasonic flaw detector of the shadow control is connected to the first input of the electronic key. Output of the acoustic flaw detector transducer for realising the free oscillation method is connected to the input of the acoustic flaw detector for realising the free oscillation method. Output of the acoustic flaw detector for realising the free oscillation method is connected to the input of the threshold device of the acoustic flaw detector for realising the free oscillation method. Output of the threshold device of the acoustic flaw detector for realising the free oscillation method is connected to the second input of the electronic key. Output of the electronic key is connected to the first input of the delay unit. The second output of the electronic unit of the positioning sensor is connected to the second input of the delay unit. Output of the delay unit is connected to the third input of the recording device.
EFFECT: increased information content and productivity of non-destructive quality control of multilayer products.
