SUBSTANCE: invention relates pipe line transport, in particular, thermal hydro isolated constructions of pipe lines for fluid transportation, as well as hyper thermal and can be used in construction of trunking and field oil and gas pipe lines, oil products pipe lines of burring and subsea lying. Frostproof, thermal hydro isolated product for pipe lines, including metal tubular member, external spiral cover, bound of metal strip with joints closing, having polymer covering on the external surface in form of consistently applied at each other layers of coat, extruded, centering bearers and thermal isolation of foamed polyurethane located in the space between metal tubular member and external spiral metal strip with cover joints closing, with polymer coating on its external surface, location of metal tubular member and centering bearers inside stated external covering with polymer coating on its external surface and thermal isolation of polyurethane forming in free space between external surface of stated metal tubular element and inner surface of stated external covering with polymer coating on its external surface. In this process of producing of external spiral metal strip with cover joints closing one controls the length of blank part for its forming and when length of formed blank of specified value, it is cut, and before the polymer coating on its external surface one joins the formed blanks with each other with the help of clipping agents with the centering function and timely mechanic jointing of formed blanks. At that after the polymer coating on the external surface, coating is cut in the place of clipping agent location and agent is dismantled.

EFFECT: hardening of external cover to external mechanical impacts in low temperatures of surrounding air conditions preserving its high hydro isolating features and anti stain qualities.
