FIELD: video surveillance.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for remote control of the operation of at least one cooking module having a chamber with cooking surface (1) comprising: video surveillance device (2) configured for video-recording working surface (1) of said chamber and transmitting obtained video surveillance data to information processing device (3), at least one information processing device (3) configured to receive and process, using OpenCV library algorithms, video surveillance data from the video surveillance device connected to monitor (4) for displaying processed video surveillance data. System also comprises remote server (5) configured to receive and store data from at least one information processing device (3), and remote device (6) for displaying data stored on remote server (5).

EFFECT: said information processing device (3) is configured to output the processed video surveillance data to monitor (4), to collect statistical data on the use of the cooking module for a given period and transfer the processed video surveillance data and statistical data to remote server (5).
