FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology, in particular to fiber optic means for measuring vibration, pressure and/or volumetric stress state. Vibration sensor comprises a piezoelectric plate member, electrodes applied to the side surfaces of the piezoelectric plate member. At the end of the piezoelectric plate member, an electroluminescent layer is placed in contact with electrodes applied to the side surfaces of the piezoelectric plate member. Inside the piezoelectric plate-like element perpendicular to its end there is a light guide passing through the electroluminescent layer and between the side electrodes. In parallel to the light guide, two control internal linear electrodes are located at a distance from each other, passing successively through the piezoelectric element and the electroluminescent layer.
EFFECT: ability to determine the characteristics of vibration in hidden from visual inspection parts and/or internal areas of diagnostic objects, to increase the sensitivity for the diagnosis of small amplitudes and low vibration frequencies and expand the range of measured vibration characteristics.
