VIBRATION SENSOR Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01H9/00 G01L1/16

Abstract RU 2684001 C1

FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, in particular to sensors for measuring vibration deformations on surface of structure, and can be used for diagnostics of vibrational stress-strain state and flaw detection of structures in aerospace, oil and gas and transport engineering. Vibration sensor has two electrodes, a piezoelectric element connected to the first electrode, and an electroluminescent element in contact with the piezoelectric element and the second electrode. Electroluminescent element is located between piezoelectric element and second electrode, first and second electrodes are configured to control the luminescence intensity of the electroluminescent element by means of connection with the supply electrodes to the power supply with variable electric voltage.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of sensitivity of visual diagnostics of anisotropic vibration deformations.
