FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, in particular to fiber-optic devices for measuring volumetric stress state, and can be used for diagnostics of pressure, vibration and flaw detection of composites in biomedical research, hydro acoustics, aerodynamics, protection systems at remote monitoring of pressure. Disclosed vibration sensor comprises a piezoelectric plate element, electrodes applied on the outer surfaces of the piezoelectric plate element, parallel to its mid surface, electroluminescent element connected to the electrodes. Besides, it additionally includes a light guide located near the electroluminescent element, and two control internal linear electrodes located at some distance from each other parallel to the light guide and passing through the electroluminescent element. Recorder used is a receiver-analyser of optical signal intensity at the output of the light guide.

EFFECT: determination of mechanical action characteristic in parts hidden from visual inspection and / or internal areas of diagnostics objects, high sensitivity for diagnosing low amplitude and low frequencies of mechanical effects and wider range of measured characteristics of mechanical actions.
