SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a transgenic plant, to infection by insect pests Lygus hesperus, Leptinotarsa decemlineata, Nilaparvata lugens or Acyrthosiphon pisum. Also disclosed are a transgenic seed for obtaining said plant, a DNA construct, which contains said transgenic plant, a host cell for producing said DNA construct. Disclosed are a method for obtaining a transgenic plant, a method for identifying a transgenic plant, a method for preventing or combating Lygus hesperus, Leptinotarsa decemlineata, Nilaparvata lugens or Acyrthosiphon pisum.
EFFECT: invention effectively protects the plant from insect pests Lygus hesperus, Leptinotarsa decemlineata, Nilaparvata lugens, or Acyrthosiphon pisum.
