FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy. Device contains the carrier pipe, cylindrical porous refractory body connected to the carrier pipe and having the submerged end, sample chamber with the inlet channel, closed on the outside with the metal cap, and the measuring unit located in a refractory body. Measurement unit contains the thermocouple, closed on the outside with the metal cap. Porous refractory body is made of material with porosity of 20–70 % with the sample chamber formed inside it, input cylindrical channel and through cylindrical channel for the measuring unit mounting. Sample chamber cavity is bounded on the sides by two parallel-arranged metal discs with the rounded cross-section of 3.8–4.2 mm thick and along the side generatrix, perpendicular to the disks located the body inner surface. Input cylindrical channel has diameter of 6.5–7.5 mm and length of 6–7 mm. Measuring unit is equipped with a steel tube, for installation in the through cylindrical channel.
EFFECT: enabling possibility of the steel melt faster complex analysis.
