METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIATION OF CERVICAL INTRAEPITHELIAL NEOPLASIAS BY ANALYZING THE PROTEOMIC COMPOSITION OF CERVICOVAGINAL FLUID Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2674335 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used to differentiate cervical neoplasias by analyzing the proteomic composition of cervicovaginal fluid. For this, a panel of significantly changing specific proteins in cervicovaginal fluid is analyzed using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method and upon detection of CAST proteins, GM2A, SPINK5, SBSN, ACTG1, SERPINB1, CEACAM5, CRISP3, SPRR3 make a conclusion about the presence of severe dysplasia – HSIL. Upon detection of proteins ACTG1, SERPINB1, CEACAM5, CRISP3, SPRR3, IGHA1, SERPINB13, SPRR1A concludes that mild dysplasia is LSIL. When IGHA1, SERPINB13, SPRR1A, CAST, GM2A, SPINK5, SBSN proteins are detected, they make a conclusion about the presence of cell atypia – ASCUS. When detecting proteins CTSV, CD5L, CLU, COL1A2, SPRR1A, SPRR1B, CRISP3, CTSC, EVPL, CAPZB, H1F0, IVL, LYPD3, PIGR, SERPINB3, SPINK7, SPRR2D, SPRR3, SBSN, TXN, TAGLN2, WFDC2 make a conclusion about the presence of cervical cancer – CC.

EFFECT: using this method allows to differentiate neoplastic processes in the epithelium of the cervix in HPV-positive women according to their severity, by analyzing the proteomic composition of cervicovaginal fluid.
