Considering changes of the expression, a change in the osteogenic potential of mesenchymal stromal cells is detected, and a criterion for osteogenic enhancement is an increase in the gene expression BGLAP Osteocalcin, BMP1, IGF-1, COL1A1, COL3A1, ALPL, RUNX2, SMAD2, SMAD4, VDR and decrease in the expression of low differentiation genes BMPR1A, FGF-2, IGFR1, SPP1 Osteopontin, TGFBR1 on the 20th day of cultivation.

EFFECT: use of this method allows to compare different cultures among themselves, as well as different passages of the same culture, which allows to choose the optimal cell cultures for use in medicine.
