SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the production of carbonated honey drinks. Non-alcoholic carbonated drink contains honey, citric acid, water extract of fireweed, potassium sorbate and water in the following ratio of components per 100 pts. wt. including: honey – 67.5–73.0 kg, citric acid – 1.25–1.50 kg, fireweed – 7.0–10.0 kg, potassium sorbate – 0.1–0.15 kg, water – the rest. Method of obtaining the drink involves mixing the components of the drink with water, cavitation processing on the dispersant at 50–80 °C for 30–60 minutes and aeration of the finished beverage.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a product with high consumer properties, preserving for a long time the honey aroma, sweet-sour taste with low material costs and low labor intensity in its production.
