FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: during healing abutments installation, the plugs positions under the soft tissue is performed, and a horizontal incision is made along the alveolar ridge from the lingual or palatal side of the plug. The vestibular mucoperiosteal flap is elevated. healing abutments are installed on dental implants. Semilunar cuts are made from the vestibular side of the previously formed vestibular mucoperiosteal flap, thereby forming patches on the stem near each healing abutment without complete separation from the vestibular mucoperiosteal flap, an end-to-end suture and periosteal mattress suture are imposed. At that, after flaps reversal on the stem to each other for 90 degrees in the lingual or palatal direction, a suture is imposed, which simultaneously connects both flaps on the stem and fixes them to the lingual or palatal mucosa. Then an end-to-end suture and a periosteal mattress suture are imposed.

EFFECT: method allows to minimize risks of flaps necrosis during gingival papillae formation.
