Performing the blade rear side heating by the reverse polarity electric arc with the electrode movement along the curved path, formed by linear movement parallel to the tillage tools blade sharp edge and rotation around the vertical axis, at that, the tillage implements are made of high-strength VCh50 cast iron, the blade rear side surface heating is performed by the tungsten electrode with the direct current, wherein the electrode rotation around the vertical axis diameter is set equal to the blade width, at that, by the electrode one revolution around the vertical axis, the linear displacement will be 5 mm, the rotation frequency is 25 min-1, at that, the blade thickness is not less than 7 mm.

EFFECT: increase in the tillage implements working bodies blades wear resistance and performance characteristics.
