SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound having the structure of formula (I) in which X is O, R1 is a hydrogen atom; R2 represents a hydrogen atom; R3 is hydrogen atom; R4 is a hydrogen atom; R5 is an N-imidazolyl group; R6 is a hydroxyl group; R7 is a radical of formula CnFmHo, wherein n is 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, wherein m ≥ 1 and m+o = 2n + 1. Invention also relates to a method for treating a subject using a progesterone antagonist.
